I'd just like to say a huge THANKYOU to our two DT ladies, SUE & DEBS whose Guest Designer posts have sadly come to an end this weekend, hasn't it flown by?  I've loved having you both with us ladies and seeing all your wonderful creations and we will all be sorry to see you both go, but I wish you all the very best  - I will still be popping by to see what you're both up to on your fabby blogs :) Mwah xxx

Precious....

Hello Everyone,

I hope you are all Ok in Blogland?...and I'm a bit later than usual I know, I've been chasing my tail a bit today.  It's been a bit nippy in this part of the UK and some parts of Essex actually had hail stones today too, wonder what's going on?  Anyhoo, here's a little card I've made with a lovely little twosome that I've not coloured up for ages...

This card was made using the "Precious" rubber stamp by Whiff of Joy. I coloured the image in my beloved copics and also added a touch of white opaque gel pen. The papers are the fabulous Prima's "Lyric" and I paired these up with some fabby Cheery Lynn butterfly dies and Prima flowers.

It's quite a simple card, with not too much "fussiness" going on as I think the papers are quite detailed in themselves and if I had added anything more it might have spoilt it...I think this little image is perfect for "New Baby" cards...

Wee Suzy...

Hello Everyone,

I hope you are all well and having a good week so far _ I wish the weather would brighten up a bit, anyhoo, here's a little Summery card for today:

This is "Wee Suzy" and I think she was the first stamp image ever created for Wee stamps by Sylvia Zet.  I coloured her in copics and a touch of prisma pencils in her hair.

The delish papers are the Secret Garden Collection by Graphic 45 and I couldn't hold back any longer - I opened up a pack of the Heart Stems die from Impression Obsession :)) Love these...As with all the IO dies, they cut beautifully.  This is a very versatile die too and I can imagine using it in a lot of ways. I think I love all these new IO dies...

Little Cottage Cutie...

Hello Everyone,

I hope you are all well in Blogland this May Monday...I hope the weather brightens up a bit more than it has been though there hasn't been any more rain, but I hope I haven't spoken too soon...anyhoo, here's a little card I've made for today using one of the latest new Elizabeth Bell stamps...

This is Bella Sole Gifts of Love, One of the latest new Cottage Cuties stamps from Elizabth Bell.  I coloured her in copics and added some grass in copics too.

I used some of that Frantage stuff - I couldn't wait to have a go and frantaged the cage using shabby pink frantage.  I cut the cage out using buff card, then I did stamp onto it using a bronze ink, one of those little dew drop size thingies. 

Them I tipped on some of the frantage.  First of all, it went everywhere when I tried to heat it, then I saw a Youtube video where the lady heated the item from underneath - and it made such a difference!
